I think Artha is cute but I feel like most people would assume it’s just a spelling error. What do you think?
It reminds me of two names:
[name_f]Martha[/name_f] (without the M) and
[name_u]Arthur[/name_u] (with a [name_f]British[/name_f] accent)
This is no judgment on the name, just what it reminds me of.
not at all - sounds like a feminine of arthur. very pretty & reminds me a lot of arthurian legend <3
To me it sounds like [name_u]Arthur[/name_u] in a non-rhotic accent.
Honestly it first reminded me of [name_f]Eartha[/name_f]! I don’t mind it but prefer [name_f]Eartha[/name_f]
Looks more like [name_u]Arthur[/name_u] to me!
Yes. I would assume it was a typo.
I’d also think you were saying [name_f]Eartha[/name_f]
I would assume it was a feminised [name_u]Arthur[/name_u]?
I like it it reminds me of the ancient sanskrit text Arthashastra
It reminds me of [name_u]Arthur[/name_u] and Arethusa…but also of [name_f]Aretha[/name_f] [name_u]Franklin[/name_u].
I think I once spotted an Artha in the wild! She was with a little boy (presumably her brother) and I’d never heard of Artha so I questioned whether the parents were speaking to him and he was [name_u]Arthur[/name_u]. I was very intrigued! If it helps, I don’t think [name_f]Martha[/name_f] entered my head as a possibility for what I was might be mishearing.
I would think it was a misspelling of [name_u]Arthur[/name_u]
I pronounce it the exact same as [name_u]Arthur[/name_u], so I’d assume it was a spelling variation of that.
