Does Clara fit?

Sorry, I know I just posted asking for help finding [name]Seraphina[/name]'s sisters name, but I thought of a long-forgotten favorite last night.

[name]Clara[/name]. My mom named me after a ballerina and the association of [name]Clara[/name] with my all-time favorite ballet makes it even more perfect.

But do [name]Clara[/name] & [name]Seraphina[/name] work as a sib set?

I think so, especially if [name]Seraphina[/name] gets shortened.

I don’t see why not. Sometimes, imo, people over think the importance of the sibset. I would choose a name I love, even if it doesn’t match my other kids names. Eventually they grow up and move out on their own, and the sibset and how well the names match/fit seems completely unimportant.

I think it would be fine, unless [name]Seraphina[/name] is called [name]Sera[/name]. That would be too close.

OP - are you pronouncing [name]Clara[/name] as claire-ah or Clar-ah (rhymes with car)?

I think it sounds just fine because it has a special meaning to you.

[name]Clara[/name] is a beautiful name, and I don’t think it clashes (too much) with [name]Seraphina[/name]. But I’d keep looking. [name]Claire[/name] has a nicer stylistic mesh with [name]Seraphina[/name], [name]IMO[/name].

Still, if it’s the one you love, you should stick with it.
