Does Clara Grant flow? Name suggestions?

My husband and I are currently TTC for our rainbow baby! It’s very exciting but we CANNOT DECIDE a girl name!! It’s driving me crazy!! I never knew I’d be this picky. I know I’m not pregnant yet but it’s still really bothering me. We already have [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_u]Kyle[/name_u] picked out for a boy.

So here’s our top 3 first names (for now)
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabelle[/name_f]

My favorite of the bunch is [name_f]Clara[/name_f], but does it flow alright? If so, middle name suggestions? We’ve discussed [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], or [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]. I know this is long but we are obsessed with finding a girl name we agree on! Please help!

I think [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Grant[/name_m] flows well and I find it more precious than [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_m]Grant[/name_m] or [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] [name_m]Grant[/name_m]. I prefer [name_f]Joy[/name_f] to [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f].

Suggestions:

[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_u]Rue[/name_u]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Elspeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Fleur[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Irene[/name_f]

I like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]. I like the longer middle name with your short last name. [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] would also be cute. Second choice is [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f]. I personally prefer the [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] spelling as it feels more like its own name to me rather than two names pushed together. [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is cute but I have trouble seeing it on an adult. I feel like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] would go well with your other names too.

It works very well.

I like it! It sounds like a lovely, historic name  I actually like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_m]Grant[/name_m].

[name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is cute. I know it’s a lot of “L” sounds but it sounds so pretty to me with your one-syllable last name. and I love the spelling previous poster suggested.

The flow is perfectly fine. I love/adore [name_f]Daisy[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] (and [name_f]Claire[/name_f]), and [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f]…personally preferring [name_f]Annabel[/name_f].

You could mix and match them to make combos, unless you rather save them in case of another girl.

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Margot[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] [name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]

I love [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] with all three. [name_m]How[/name_m] about (names related to [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]):

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Isabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Isabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] [name_f]Lilia[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f]

I thought so, too:) [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_m]Grant[/name_m] or [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Grant[/name_m] would be sweet names.

I love your ideas!! DH doesn’t like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f], but that may just be because he wants to use [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] as a first name so badly. There’s so many options here! I’m loving [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f]. Also still love [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]. This is gonna be so hard! I mentzoomed [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] to DH and he says he hates it. eye roll Keep the ideas coming!

I think all three flow well with [name_m]Grant[/name_m], but my favorite, flow-wise, is [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_m]Grant[/name_m]. They’re all lovely, though! [name_f]Do[/name_f] you say [name_f]CLAIRE[/name_f]-ah or CLAH-rah?

I think [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] are both gorgeous. I’ve always had a super hard time coming up with a [name_f]Clara[/name_f] combo I loved, though, so I’m not sure I’ll be any help there. I am somewhat partial to [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], though (probably because [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] was once-upon-a-time on my list!).

Good luck!

[name_f]Clara[/name_f] times a million. Great sound, great association. [name_f]Annabell[/name_f]/e is, to me, a Disney princess name and not an adult woman name–cutesy, but not sexy nor strong. Ditto [name_f]Daisy[/name_f].

I pronounce it [name_f]CLAIRE[/name_f]-ah. I just need to get my husband onboard because I’m obsessed with that name! It isn’t time crunching or anything so that’s good. I just like planning these types of things. He’s stuck on [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] and [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] (he didn’t like it spelled [name_f]Annabel[/name_f]. Ugh!) So keep those middle names coming for [name_f]Clara[/name_f] so maybe he’ll fall in love!
