Does Delilah go with her siblings?

[name]Hi[/name]! I am new on this forum, and am pregnant with a baby girl due in [name]May[/name]. I currently have 6 children:

[name]Mason[/name] [name]Luke[/name] (9)
[name]Carter[/name] [name]Jane[/name] (7)
[name]Jude[/name] [name]Elliot[/name] (6)
Lillyia [name]Skye[/name] & [name]Rosaleigh[/name] [name]Rayne[/name] “[name]Lilly[/name] and [name]Rosie[/name]” (4)
[name]Mary[/name]-[name]Grace[/name] [name]Olivia[/name] (2)

We were pregnant with [name]Lilly[/name] and [name]Rosie[/name] when we adopted [name]Carter[/name] and [name]Jude[/name]. We were gonna stop after we had [name]Mary[/name]-[name]Grace[/name], but here we are again…

We have a list of baby names we like… what are your thoughts??:

Out of the list our favorite name is [name]Delilah[/name]. While me and my husband love the name our family members seem to think its too close to Lillyia. What are your thoughts? Thanks!

I think [name]Delilah[/name] is close to Lillyia, but besides that I do think it fits with the others! From your list I like [name]Amelia[/name] the best with her siblings.

I agree, way too close for me. I’d feel the same way about [name]Leigha[/name].

I like [name]Paisley[/name], Alleria and [name]Natalia[/name] (without the h). [name]Natalia[/name] being my favorite.

I think [name]Delilah[/name] works great with your other kids names! I have to say, [name]Adelaide[/name] is my favorite from your list.

[name]Delilah[/name] is too close to Lillyia and I think it sounds a little out of place with the rest of your kids. From your list, I’d also avoid [name]Makenzie[/name] (you already have two Ma- names) and [name]Leigha[/name] ([name]Rosie[/name]'s name ends in -leigh).

I like [name]Amelia[/name] and [name]Shiloh[/name] the best with [name]Mason[/name], [name]Carter[/name], [name]Lilly[/name], [name]Rosie[/name], and [name]Mary[/name]-[name]Grace[/name].

If you like Alleria, what about [name]Allegra[/name] or [name]Eliora[/name]? [name]Both[/name] have a nicer sound, [name]IMO[/name].

I find that [name]Delilah[/name] and Lillyia are too similar. I really love [name]Bella[/name] from your list. It’s so popular and over used, I know, but I think this name is just so pretty. It goes nicely with your children’s names, too. [name]Shiloh[/name] would also go nicely.

Personally, I think at [name]Amelia[/name] sounds better! I do think Deliliah sounds to close to your other daughters name. But it’s your choice, not mine or any other nameberry member’s. Congratulations as well ! :slight_smile:
