Thinking of going for [name_f]Eva[/name_f]/[name_f]Ava[/name_f], but OH is worried it doesn’t go with our surname [name_u]James[/name_u]…thoughts?
Would be little sister to [name_f]Leah[/name_f] and [name_u]Max[/name_u].

Would be little sister to [name_f]Leah[/name_f] and [name_u]Max[/name_u].
I pronounce them differently. I pronounce [name_f]Eva[/name_f] the way it’s spelled (E-va), so I think it sounds fine with the last name but it is very similar to [name_f]Leah[/name_f]. I don’t think [name_f]Ava[/name_f] works because they both have a long “A” sound in them.
I think both [name_f]Ava[/name_f] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f] go with [name_u]James[/name_u] and flow really beautifully!! ” I think [name_f]Ava[/name_f] sounds better with [name_u]James[/name_u] personally ! X
I think both work fine, but I slightly prefer [name_f]Ava[/name_f] with the surname and the sister name.
I think they both work fine with [name_u]James[/name_u]! I prefer [name_f]Eva[/name_f] though
[name_f]Eva[/name_f] is lovely with [name_u]James[/name_u], but I think it might be too close to [name_f]Leah[/name_f]? Have you considered [name_f]Ada[/name_f]?
I think they both work! [name_f]Eva[/name_f] does especially as it doesn’t repeat the A sound
They both sound fine with surname [name_u]James[/name_u]. [name_f]Eva[/name_f] is probably a little better due to the long A sound being repeated in [name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u]. But that still sounds fine too.
Thank you all for the advice!
I actually think [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] sound really cool
