Does it make a beautiful sibset? Is it more hipster, vintage, classic, too out there?

Hello Berries,

My hubby and I agree on 5 names:
[name_u]Elliott[/name_u], [name_u]August[/name_u], [name_u]Everest[/name_u], Esmée & [name_f]Olive[/name_f]

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think they would make a beautiful sibset? Does it feel classic, vintage, hipster, classy, popular, too out there? We don’t want anything too weird.

If we were to have two boys, which one would you pick between [name_u]Everest[/name_u] and [name_u]August[/name_u]?

I feel like your style is somewhere between hipster and vintage. Definitely not too out there!

[name_u]Elliot[/name_u], [name_u]August[/name_u] and [name_f]Olive[/name_f] feel quite vintage but their current popularity certainly doesn’t make them feel old fashioned. [name_u]Everest[/name_u] is more hipster but I like it more so for it’s nature context. Esmée, well I’m not too sure, maybe more vintage?

I would pick [name_u]August[/name_u] to go with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u], [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and Esmée! They would make such a beautiful sibset!!

UPDATE: having looked at your signature, your combinations make the names feel more classic. It’s funny how a pairing can completely change ones impression of a name.

The only one that doesn’t fit imo is [name_u]Everest[/name_u], it feels very different stylistically and is too close to [name_u]August[/name_u], [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] and [name_f]Esmee[/name_f], it almost feels like a mix of those names.
Other than that (without [name_u]Everest[/name_u]) I think the set works together, I’d class it as timeless, not quite classic as [name_f]Esmee[/name_f] does feel more current than the rest but definitely not hipster or boho.
With [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] definitely [name_u]August[/name_u]!

[name_u]Everest[/name_u] is the only outlier to me but I think it sounds nice anyway. It shares a lot of sounds with [name_u]Everett[/name_u], which would fit with the others, so I think [name_u]Everest[/name_u] could definitely work. I prefer [name_u]August[/name_u] to [name_u]Everest[/name_u], but I lean away from word/nature names.

I think [name_u]August[/name_u] goes better with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] but [name_u]Everest[/name_u] works as well. What about [name_u]Everett[/name_u]?

[name_f]Olive[/name_f] is one of my fav girl names!

Again I too prefer [name_u]August[/name_u] to [name_u]Everest[/name_u]. [name_u]August[/name_u] is a favorite for me and goes well with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] and your girls’ names.

I like them all together, but I prefer not to repeat initials in sibsets. I also feel like [name_f]Olive[/name_f] is the odd one out, she has a slightly more vintage feel than the rest but does still fit in as a whole.

[name_u]August[/name_u] vs [name_u]Everest[/name_u] is hard! I think in this sibset I prefer [name_u]August[/name_u], though by itself I prefer [name_u]Everest[/name_u].
