Does it matter if siblings middle names are matchy?

Boys MIDDLE names would be [name_u]Theo[/name_u] and [name_u]Arlo[/name_u]?
Should I reconsider [name_u]Arlo[/name_u]… Does it matter as it’s only a middle name??

To me they don’t really match. Yes, they are both 4 letters and end in O, but they don’t sound alike except that ending O, and only slightly at that. You’ll be fine using both [name_u]Theo[/name_u] and [name_u]Arlo[/name_u], imo, especially as they will both be MNs.

They aren’t similar at all to me.

I don’t find these two matchy. They may share an ending but they’re otherwise quite different

Ok thanks everyone.

I don’t think match-y middles are too big of a deal. Maybe if they were [name_u]Theo[/name_u] and [name_m]Leo[/name_m] it might be a little odd, but [name_u]Theo[/name_u] and [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] are quite distinct enough.

To me, they don’t really match. It especially won’t be a problem in the middle name spot.

Me and my brother have matchy middle names.
Our mn honor our grandparents… [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] & [name_m]Garrett[/name_m]

I think its cute! Plus we’re twins

Love that!

I don’t think it matters at all for middle names.
