I think they sound very pretty together!
I would probably stray away from names whose endings are the same, but I certainly don’t think that [name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Alessia[/name_f] sounds bad.
[name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_f]Alessia[/name_f] sounds very beautiful and very Russian.

In my accent, the ending in [name_f]Lena[/name_f] and the beginning of [name_f]Alessia[/name_f] aren’t the same. It’s more of -AR and [name_m]AH[/name_m]- so I think it’s fine, although I don’t think it’d be a problem if they sounded identical anyway.
