Does ‘[name_u]Remy[/name_u]’ sound like a boy or girl to you? [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like it?
[name_u]Remy[/name_u] is a unisex name. It could be either a boy or a girl. I like it on both genders.
Seems more like a boy to me (because I’ve only heard it on boys) but it works for both!
The spelling of [name_u]Remy[/name_u] makes me think boy, and [name_u]Remi[/name_u] makes me think girl. But [name_u]Remy[/name_u] is a unisex name, so I think it still works for a girl!
I immediately think boy when I hear [name_u]Remy[/name_u], but that’s only because I’ve only met one [name_u]Remy[/name_u] before and they were male… I do think it can work for either gender though
But I agree with the PP in the sense that [name_u]Remi[/name_u] makes my initial thought ‘girl’
I think boy. However, the only [name_u]Remy[/name_u] I’ve met was a girl. It was her grandmother’s maiden name.
[name_u]Remy[/name_u] is all boy to me.

Americans started to use it for girls (and I think that when you pick a name, you should respect the culture it comes from). [name_u]Romy[/name_u] is a girl name. Sorry for the negative comment.
Have only heard it on boys.
