I already know that if I have a little girl her name will be [name]Rowan[/name].

But I’m unsure of a middle name and before I wanted to use [name]Charleen[/name], but it’s not the best…and my family has said they’d rather me love a name then settle for one.

so my new thought is [name]Rowan[/name] [name]Adele[/name] Fr.

Definitely go with the French spelling [name]Adele[/name]. The double l’s look like overkill to my eyes.
