Either…cool name
Sound like a girl to me
I don’t really feel like timber has a gender… could go either way.
[name_u]Timber[/name_u]…hmm…’[name_m]Tim[/name_m]’ makes me think boy and ‘ber’ makes me think girl.
I’d say unisex - 50% boy 50% girl
If there were a [name_u]Timber[/name_u] and I was forced to guess their gender, I’d say girl.
It makes me think of Tinder…not good.
Though I’d say girl otherwise
I’m really surprised so many people see this as a girl’s name! [name_u]Timber[/name_u] sounds like a 100% masculine mountain man lumberjack name to me. Or a dog. [name_m]Tim[/name_m] for short.
But since it’s acceptable for girls to have manly man names now, it’s unisex.
The nature/lumberjack associations push me in the direction of boy, but the similarity to [name_f]Kimber[/name_f] would make me unsurprised to see it on a girl. 65 / 35.
Unfortunately, like pps have mentioned, the first thing that came to mind was Tinder.
All boy to me.
more boy but potentially girl.
The [name_u]Timber[/name_u] I knew was female, but I don’t really classify it as a proper name.
I’d say 50/50 because “[name_m]Tim[/name_m]” makes me think boy, but the similarity to [name_f]Kimber[/name_f] makes me think girl. The name in general makes me think of falling trees and the Pitbull song though.
[name_m]Ive[/name_m] only known one person called [name_u]Timber[/name_u] and she was a girl. So there it seems female to me. Its a very strange choice for a name though. Im not a huge fan.
It’s a boy name
100% girl. I’m biased though, we have a little Tymber in our family.
Definitely boy.
Hmm. It seems more masculine to me.
Girl, but I can see it working on both.
