I’m loving the name [name]Diana[/name] right now. But the middle name I would like to use is [name]Magnolia[/name], and I’m not sure they sound good together. Wdyt?
Thanks!

I don’t personally like two -a names in a row (but it doesn’t always bother other people) and I find [name]Diana[/name] [name]Magnolia[/name] a little long. It’s not the worst combo, though. I would be more inclined to do [name]Magnolia[/name] [name]Diane[/name], [name]Diana[/name] [name]Margaret[/name]/[name]Margot[/name]/etc, or something else, but I know that those don’t capture [name]Diana[/name]'s beauty. Sorry.
[name]Diana[/name] [name]Magnolia[/name], well, they both end in a which can be a bit clunky.
[name]Diana[/name] is a beautiful name, but all the [name]Diana[/name]'s I know are 40-60. It feels like [name]Janet[/name] or [name]Joyce[/name] or [name]Sandra[/name] to me.
Neither name is really my style, but I think they sound fine together. I usually pick first and middles that end in different sounds, but if you like it, than don’t question it, they are both lovely names. What about [name]Diana[/name] [name]Magdalene[/name], or [name]Diane[/name] [name]Magnolia[/name].
I usually like the flow of two names that end in -a, especially if they’re a bit varied, like [name]Diana[/name] and [name]Magnolia[/name] are, and [name]Diana[/name] [name]Magnolia[/name] looks very pretty… it just seems like a mouthful. Something like [name]Anna[/name] [name]Magnolia[/name] would work, I think, or even [name]Dia[/name] [name]Magdalena[/name], but [name]Diana[/name] [name]Magnolia[/name]… I think it definitely can work, but it just sounds a bit more awkward than something like [name]Anna[/name] [name]Magnolia[/name] does, if that makes sense. I do like it a lot, though! The names definitely work together.
I agree… both names are pretty, they just don’t sound perfect together. [name]How[/name] about [name]Diane[/name] [name]Magnolia[/name], [name]Magnolia[/name] [name]Diane[/name], or [name]Diana[/name] [name]Margaret[/name]?
I love it together. I agree with the other posters in that I try to avoid the same endings for first and middle names, but in this case, I feel like [name]Magnolia[/name] is long enough that it doesn’t sound rhyme-y with the first name. I think it’s sweet.
I think it’a nice. I don’t mind alliteration sometimes.
