Hey
So I was watching this game show with my parents yesterday and a couple on there mentioned they had a daughter named Seattle [name_f]Rose[/name_f].
Does Seattle work as a name. Personally I think it’s pretty but I’m on the fence.

I actually kind of like it, as much as I don’t want to!! I think [name_f]Rose[/name_f] balances out the quirkiness of Seattle.
I only think it works as a middle.
I really like it! I think it’s totally usable!
I also unexpectedly like it. I think it works like other place names but sounds fresher and has a nice sound.
Thank you guys! I think you’ve sold me on it.
I’m between Seattle [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] or Seattle [name_f]Ruth[/name_f].
Err I don’t think so. I live in Seattle so I guess I just don’t see the appeal. Maybe a middle name if you really love the city.
Seattle is meant for the middle name spot, [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. Never have been a fan of using city names not well-established as first names in the front spot.
It’s a bit out there for me, since it doesn’t really sound namelike (i.e. doesn’t really share sounds with any more familiar names). It could work I suppose. It sounds more masculine than feminine to me somehow though. And I definitely wouldn’t pair it with [name_f]Rose[/name_f]; the combo makes me think of a rose from Seattle.
