She does feel a bit old school but in that charming way where I would be delighted to meet a toddler with the name and it would fit well enough with current/upcoming vintage revival names that it wouldn’t cause her issues with her peers.
[name_f][/name_f]The [name_m]Harry[/name_m] [name_m]Potter[/name_m] association is extremely strong for me and has completely turned me personally off the name but I’m pretty sure that’s just a me problem and not an everybody problem. If I met more people called [name_f]Dolores[/name_f] out in the wild or made other pop culture connections to the name I would probably get over it.
[name_f][/name_f]I prefer [name_f]Lola[/name_f]. Other ideas: [name_f]Dora[/name_f], [name_f]Dori[/name_f], [name_f]Lora[/name_f], [name_f]Lori[/name_f], [name_m]Dez[/name_m], DeeDee.
