Dom or Don?

[name_m]Dom[/name_m] short for [name_m]Dominic[/name_m]? Or [name_m]Don[/name_m] short for [name_m]Donald[/name_m]?

I much prefer [name_m]Dom[/name_m] short for [name_m]Dominic[/name_m]. [name_m]Don[/name_m] and [name_m]Donald[/name_m] feel very dated to me. I picture a man in his 50s.

Definitely [name_m]Dominic[/name_m], or [name_m]Dominick[/name_m]. Agree with the pp about [name_m]Donald[/name_m].

I was worried [name_m]Don[/name_m] was too close to [name_m]Donald[/name_m] duck. And I dont particularly like [name_m]Donnie[/name_m]. [name_m]Dom[/name_m] is just a teensy bit harder to say. Ugh I like them both!

[name_m]Dominic[/name_m], nn: [name_m]Dom[/name_m].
