I think they are different but not completely mismatched. They work fine!

Yeah, I agree that they’re a little bit mismatched, but not terribly so. You could use [name_u]Jamie[/name_u] as a nickname for [name_u]James[/name_u] or [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] if you wanted a better match with [name_m]Dominic[/name_m]. [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] and [name_u]James[/name_u] or [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] and [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] sound great together! And [name_u]Jamie[/name_u] would go well with all of the [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] nicknames: [name_u]Nick[/name_u], [name_u]Nicky[/name_u], [name_u]Nico[/name_u], and [name_m]Dom[/name_m].

They aren’t mismatched but I think they’d work better if you spelled it [name_u]Jaime[/name_u]. [name_u]Jamie[/name_u] is a nn for [name_u]James[/name_u] while [name_u]Jaime[/name_u] is a proper name, a variant. [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] & [name_u]Jaime[/name_u] look better to me

I wouldn’t think anything of siblings named [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] and [name_u]Jamie[/name_u]. They’re different styles, sure, but they still sound just fine together.

I think it would be smart to have [name_u]Jamie[/name_u]'s legal name be [name_u]James[/name_u]. To go through life with a diminutive name like that, especially one that can also be used for women, is frustrating and an unnecessary headache. That being said, [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] and [name_u]Jamie[/name_u] is a fine sibset. Nothing too crazy.

[name_f]Do[/name_f] they match perfectly? No. But you already know that. I definitely wouldn’t say that they sound so extremely different that they would make for a crazy sibset though. I think if you used [name_u]Jaime[/name_u] as a nickname for [name_u]James[/name_u] or, as someone else suggested, [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] it would go a bit better. That said I think [name_u]Jaime[/name_u] is a nice name and really there’s no reason to not use it unless it bother you personally. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps

I love the name [name_u]Jamie[/name_u]. I think [name_u]Nick[/name_u] and [name_u]Jamie[/name_u] sound really cute together.

I think that if [name_u]Jamie[/name_u] were a nickname for [name_u]James[/name_u] (or even [name_u]Jameson[/name_u]) it would feel less mismatched. [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] and [name_u]James[/name_u] are great together.
