Hey!
I’m naming my baby boy and wondering what you prefer- [name_m]Donovan[/name_m] (“[name_u]Van[/name_u]” for short) or [name_u]Jude[/name_u]?
I’m worried [name_u]Jude[/name_u] is very trendy…
Thanks!
i like them both but [name_m]Donovan[/name_m] is my favorite of the two.
My vote goes to [name_m]Donovan[/name_m].
[name_u]Jude[/name_u] has been in the top 1000 since the 50’s but it has climbed significantly in the last decade. I don’t know if it will ever be considered trendy, but it’s getting more popular. I strongly dislike [name_u]Jude[/name_u], because I can’t get the image of the stars worn by Jews during the Holocaust engraved with “[name_u]Jude[/name_u]” out of my head.
I have always disliked [name_m]Donovan[/name_m].
I prefer [name_u]Jude[/name_u] over [name_m]Donovan[/name_m]. I do like [name_u]Van[/name_u] though.
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_m]Donovan[/name_m] nn [name_u]Van[/name_u].
I feel like [name_u]Van[/name_u] offers the short, trendy fun feel that [name_u]Jude[/name_u] does but [name_m]Donovan[/name_m] as an option is much more versatile.
I love [name_m]Donovan[/name_m]. We had it on our list (with possible nn [name_u]Van[/name_u]) but since we hate [name_m]DON[/name_m] we left it out as that is something he might be called when older. I say [name_m]Donovan[/name_m]. [name_u]Jude[/name_u] is nice but too feminine for my taste
