Dorothy and diana

I’m a big fan of [name_f]Diana[/name_f], though I’d never use as a first because of nickname [name_f]Di[/name_f] (die). But it’s defs my favourite mythological name. [name_f]Diana[/name_f], [name_m]Roman[/name_m] goddess of the moon, the wilderness, the hunt, childbirth, protectress of women and girls. There’s no better, more badass feminist archetype, in my opinion, and I adore it.

I’m not a particular fan of [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] but I can definitely see the appeal, and I think as a set they’re gorgeous together while feeling quite different and distinct. [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] is down-to-earth, homespun and cottagey, [name_f]Diana[/name_f] very regal and aloof. [name_f]Lovely[/name_f]!

ooo i love this backround on diana! thank you for responding and for your kind words about these names together!!
