[name_m]How[/name_m] do you feel about the name [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]? I dont want people to think im using [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a filler name so what other names would you use? Open to any suggestions but quite like unusual names or names that could be considered “out there”.
I love both [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f], they are sweet classic names that go great together! [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f].
I like [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f],but i prefer [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f]! To be honest the name [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] feels very dated to me and when i hear people say it it just makes me think of a wooden doll, like Pinocchio, i know i sound really weird but that’s just what i think. Here are some other suggestions:
[name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is beautiful.
I roll my eyes every time I hear “filler name”. Parents choose names because they honor, are special, they adore the name, …
My best friend’s oldest daughter has [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a middle name, [name_f]Rose[/name_f] was my friend’s grandma’s name. All her children have honor middle names.
I love it! They compliment each other very nicely in my opinion. I have [name_f]Dorothea[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] on my list. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is seen as a filler a lot of times but in this case I think it’s the perfect middle name.
I think [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] is dated and I would typically think of “[name_m]Wizard[/name_m] of [name_m]Oz[/name_m]” right away, but your combo actually took me right to the characters of the [name_u]Golden[/name_u] Girls (a show I love). Sorry! [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is beautiful as a middle, but I’m not crazy about the combo.
[name_m]How[/name_m] interesting! [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] must fit like a glove because my youngest’s name is [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] Wildrose, which is quite whimsical and hipster for some, but we love wholeheartedly. If you’re looking to use [name_f]Rose[/name_f] but with a bit more oomph, I would suggest [name_f]Rosemarie[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalina[/name_f], [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f], [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] (one of my favorites and works magically with [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f]) and maybe [name_f]Rosa[/name_f], [name_f]Rosita[/name_f], Rosebud or even [name_f]Rosanne[/name_f]…
I like [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] and [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is beautiful, but I do understand your concern about it being a filler middle. Here’s a few ideas off the top of my head:
