My third is on the way and I am having a hard time deciding on her name. Here are the choices that I am deciding between: [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f], [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Flora[/name_f], [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], and [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]. I am pretty set on [name_f]Jolee[/name_f] as a middle name because of family significance. Not sure if it matters but older siblings are: Vivian [name_u]Joyce[/name_u] and [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]Louis[/name_m]. Any input is greatly appreciated!
I love [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Jolee[/name_f]!
My favorite hands-down is [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]. It’s one of my favorite names; cute, vintage, underused and full of sass! It goes great with [name_f]Jolee[/name_f] as well as your other kids’ names!
I don’t think brother and sister names need to match as much as sister names do so I will be focusing on [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_u]Baby[/name_u] Girl.
I love [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] - These 2 names feel the same to me in the best way.
My second pick would be [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] - [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] lacks a bit of the sparkle that [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] has but it is a classic choice and pairs very well
[name_f]Flora[/name_f] and [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] are both sweet I prefer [name_f]Flora[/name_f] a bit more over [name_f]Adeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] feels too clunky next to [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] [name_f]IMO[/name_f].
Well they are all very pretty.
In order of my favorites:
[name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Jolee[/name_f] - I really like this one the best! [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] and [name_f]Florence[/name_f] seem like ideal sisters to me, so Vivan and [name_f]Flora[/name_f] follow in a more simplified vein.
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] [name_f]Jolee[/name_f] - I like this a lot as well. It doesn’t flow quite as nicely as [name_f]Flora[/name_f], but it’s cool that all 3 sibs would have 3 syllable names. [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] and [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] feel a bit…rhymey to me, maybe I’m crazy.
[name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Jolee[/name_f] - I like this a lot as well. Flow is so so, it goes very nicely with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] though, despite being less common. [name_f]Adela[/name_f] [name_f]Jolee[/name_f] would flow better…
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Jolee[/name_f] - this flows all right and goes okay with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]. It’s more ubiquitous recently with all the [name_f]El[/name_f] names
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] [name_f]Jolee[/name_f] - I don’t think this flows as well as the others, and it doesn’t seem to fit quite as well with sibling Vivan. It is nice, just not quite as nice as the rest.
[name_f]May[/name_f] favorites are definitely [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] and [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], either name sounds nice with [name_f]Jolee[/name_f] and with her siblings’ names!
I forgot to ask, how are you pronouncing [name_f]Jolee[/name_f]?
Is the stress on the 1st or 2nd syllable? joe-[name_u]LEE[/name_u] or [name_m]JOE[/name_m]-ly
[name_f]Flora[/name_f] or [name_f]Maybelle[/name_f] [name_f]Jolie[/name_f] would be lovely!
My favorites with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] are: [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f], [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], or [name_f]Flora[/name_f]. I also like how [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] share the -via, but is pronounce differently.
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]'s definitely my favourite out of the five. I absolutely love it in general, but I think it sounds good with [name_f]Jolee[/name_f] as a middle, and has a nice flow, and it fits in really well with your other children’s names. [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] would be my second and third choices. Good luck!

I like all of them, with the exception of [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]! I’m just not a huge [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] fan. I like [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] best, in general, followed by [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], then [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f], and then [name_f]Flora[/name_f]. But with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_m]Zachary[/name_m], I’m not sure! I think [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] is still my favorite, but [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Flora[/name_f] are great, too. I hesitate with [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] because of the repetitive sounds between [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]. They still work well together, though.

Not the worst thing… Actually [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_u]Jo[/name_u] is really sweet.
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] and [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] share some letters, obvi, but I think they sound different enough. Although, if you call them by nicknames, [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] and [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] are probably too close. In which case I’ll vote [name_f]Flora[/name_f]!

[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] - I think this one suits your other children’s names the best. I do find it a bit hard to picture on a little baby but it’s a beautiful name to grow into and a nice alternative to the oh so popular [name_f]Sophia[/name_f].

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] - classic and beautiful but just a bit boring perhaps. So many [name_f]El[/name_f] names now that are popular. There will be a sea of them in your child’s primary school.

[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] but just don’t think it fits with your other children’s names. It’s more quirky, whereas [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is vintage and romantic.

[name_f]Adeline[/name_f] - I just generally dislike [name_m]Ad[/name_m] names as I think they will end up sounding really tied to this decade. I do think they will be like the [name_u]Lindsay[/name_u]/[name_f]Caitlin[/name_f]/[name_f]Jennifer[/name_f]/[name_f]Jessica[/name_f] equivalent from the 1980s.

The rest are beautiful, though, good choices!
