Hello, so I need opinions on the middle name for my daughter (due next month!! [name]AH[/name]!). Which is your favorite and why? Thoughts?

My other kids are [name]Rory[/name] [name]Oliver[/name] (8) and [name]Bridget[/name] [name]Elodie[/name] (4). I’m of Irish heritage, and my husband is french (hence the strange mix of cultures in my kids names). Last name is [name]Durand[/name]. Thanks.
I personally don’t like [name]Lilou[/name]…seems like a nickname to me, and not a first. However I would chose [name]Lilou[/name] [name]Gabrielle[/name], it sounds the best to me.

I would go with [name]Lilou[/name] [name]Gabriella[/name]. I really love [name]Gabriella[/name] as a mn, and I just like the flow more than [name]Lilou[/name] [name]Gabrielle[/name]. [name]Isabelle[/name] is a nice name, but I feel the same way you do about it. The flow is not as good, and idk I am just getting tired of [name]Isabelle[/name] and [name]Isabella[/name], though it is still a lovely name. Good [name]Luck[/name]

I adore [name]Lilou[/name] [name]Gabrielle[/name]. [name]Both[/name] of those names are on my list in some form. It’s just that I chose [name]Lilou[/name] for a nickname for [name]Liliana[/name] and the masculine variant, [name]Gabriel[/name].

I think [name]Gabrielle[/name] flows better than [name]Gabriella[/name] - something about them both being French maybe. i happen to love both [name]Gabriella[/name] and [name]Gabrielle[/name] though, so you won’t get much argument from me.

[name]Lilou[/name] is so cute! I like it. My favourite is [name]Lilou[/name] [name]Gabrielle[/name] [name]Durand[/name]. I think the flow of this works better with your last name than [name]Gabriella[/name].
I like [name]Gabrielle[/name] better because the extra syllable in [name]Gabriella[/name] seems to swallow the beautiful simplicity of [name]Lilou[/name].
I love her first name, by the way. I had never heard it before- it’s gorgeous.

A last ditch vote for [name]Isabelle[/name]! Your other two kids’ initials spell words, so, well, [name]Isabelle[/name] does that here too. But it’s not critical and although [name]Gabriella[/name]'s nice I’m on the bandwagon that [name]Gabrielle[/name] works better in this combo.

I like [name]Gabriella[/name] but it is a little frillier than [name]Gabrielle[/name]. I really like the clean ‘elle’ ending of [name]Gabrielle[/name] with [name]Lilou[/name]. [name]Isabelle[/name] is lovely and works too. If it were me personally I would use [name]Isabelle[/name]- popularity doesn’t bother me and I just like [name]Isabelle[/name] as a name.
But since [name]Gabrielle[/name] has a family link I don’t think you can go past it.
[name]Rory[/name], [name]Bridget[/name] and [name]Lilou[/name] are adorable in a very quirky multicultural way!

Definitely [name]Lilou[/name] [name]Gabrielle[/name]. It fllows much better than with [name]Gabriella[/name] and I just don’t get the feeling for [name]Lilou[/name] [name]Isabelle[/name].
