[name]Mila[/name] [name]Alessandra[/name] is gorgeous! I absolutely love it. I think it goes fine with the siblings.

I love both of these, but with [name]Savannah[/name] and [name]Liam[/name], I think [name]Micaela[/name] fits much better. If it were me, it would sightly bother me that [name]Mila[/name] is [name]Liam[/name] rearranged. [name]How[/name] are you pronouncing [name]Micaela[/name]? If it’s mih-[name]KAY[/name]-lah, then it has a lovely flow with [name]Alessandra[/name], but if you’re pronouncing it MEE-kye-AY-lah (I know an Italian girl who pronounces it this way), it doesn’t have the greatest flow. Not sure if that matters to you. Gorgeous names!!

I agree with catheyc. I think it would bother me that [name]Mila[/name] is an anagram of [name]Liam[/name]. Although, it could also be really cute depending on your preference. I think [name]Micaela[/name] sounds better, personally.

Not mila! [name]Mila[/name] maya [name]Mia[/name] etc dont come across as timeless names. Cute but not beautiful! Go for the other name. It matches your children’s name better too
