[name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f] or [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Elinor[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f] are lovely names.
Definitely [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f] for me. I love how [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] is more modern and balances out [name_f]Mary[/name_f] and [name_f]Edith[/name_f]. [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f] is sassy and smart! [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Elleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f] makes me think gravestone.
YAY! Seems like we all have the same thought
My husband is the one who picked the middle name and he loves [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] but I’m not “click” with it.
He came up with [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] (I made it into Elleanore) last night and I couldn’t agree more. I love the nickname [name_f]ELLE[/name_f], so I think I need no worry about the name anymore. Due early Dec, wish us a safe delivery.
Thank you for all the replies!!
I would still think about having it [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f]. You can still use [name_f]Elle[/name_f]! Ellanore seems unnecessarily cre8tive?!
[name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Elleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f], though I agree that unless there’s a compelling reason for the respelling, the traditional [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] or [name_f]Elinor[/name_f] looks much better to me.
I do like the MEE initials, but I’d vote for [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f].
[name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Elleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f] is a series of all 3 grandmother names while [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f] tosses in one name popular in more recent times. I like giving a child options and she just may turn out to be a [name_u]Sam[/name_u] or [name_u]Sammy[/name_u] instead of a more subdued [name_f]Mary[/name_f].
What’s with the strange spelling of [name_f]Elleanor[/name_f]? If I needed to use that name, I’d go with [name_f]Elinor[/name_f].
But in reality, I’d actually use [name_f]Elin[/name_f] and probably spell it Elynn hoping ppl would realize it’s ee-lyn.
