Thanks! I do like the [name_u]Cal[/name_u] spelling but we live in [name_u]California[/name_u]. I’m from Illinois and still have some home state pride. Is it weird I don’t want people to think we named our son after my wife’s home state of CA?
Most definitely not. I’m from [name_f]Alaska[/name_f], and there were a lot of [name_f]ALASKA[/name_f] names, and it feels almost redundant. I think the [name_m]Kal[/name_m] spelling is a good alternative. Would it be the full name or a nickname? (I voted for [name_m]Nash[/name_m], though)
I’m really leaning towards [name_m]Nash[/name_m] which is surprising since I’ve been the one pushing for [name_m]Kal[/name_m]. Still like that too though. This is tough!
We’ve ruled out [name_m]Zeke[/name_m]. I really like [name_m]Nash[/name_m] but my wife is still on the fence. She wonders if it is too untraditional aka weird. I like that it is unconventional without being super trendy. Thoughts?
