Due in 3 weeks time!

So once again thank you all so much for your help on my previous posts! I’m now due in 3 weeks time and not 100% sure on which name goes best with our two girls, who are called Harper and Piper.

We are stuck choosing between Winter and Lyra!

Harper, Piper & …

Winter?

Lyra?

my vote goes to [name_u]Winter[/name_u]! underused and magical :snowflake:

[name_f]My[/name_f] vote goes to [name_u]Winter[/name_u]. [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] sounds a little too similar to [name_u]Piper[/name_u] to me.

They are both nice but I’m drawn to [name_f]Lyra[/name_f]!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

[name_f]My[/name_f] vote goes to [name_u]Winter[/name_u]. It obviously fits in better being two syllables & ending w/an ‘r’. And it has the sweet nn of [name_f]Winnie[/name_f]! [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] is pretty, but it just doesn’t have the right vibe to me. Hopefully she’ll come out looking distinctly like one or the other.

Both are great options! [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] as been a favorite of mine for some times, plus I love the musical connection between the three sisters - it gets my vote

Winter!!

Both are gorgeous. I’m more drawn to [name_f]Lyra[/name_f], but [name_u]Winter[/name_u] definitely fits best in your sibset. I love both choices though, you really can’t go wrong.

Both beautiful choices which feel like a perfect fit for big sisters’ names, but for different reasons.

If you’d prefer to break free from the -er names pattern, [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] is spunky and cool and is still connected by the musical association.

But since your other option is [name_u]Winter[/name_u], it doesn’t seem like the -er endings are an issue for you. I love [name_u]Winter[/name_u] with [name_u]Piper[/name_u] and [name_u]Harper[/name_u]. I think the first syllables are different enough that the repeated endings is a nice tie rather than too matchy. [name_u]Winter[/name_u] is crisp and cool and energetic — exactly the vibe I get from big sisters’ names.

The musical connection is too good to pass up. I’d choose [name_f]Lyra[/name_f]. It is super hard though as they’re both beautiful with your other daughter’s names.

[name_f]Lyra[/name_f] is perfection!!

I love Winter!!!

[name_f]Lyra[/name_f] for me - it just feels right with [name_u]Harper[/name_u] and [name_u]Piper[/name_u], and I like the (fairly subtle) musical connection among them.

Also I should admit that I’m biased in that I hate the winter - I would go for the name [name_f]Summer[/name_f] but never [name_u]Winter[/name_u] - so I may not be the most objective here, haha.

[name_u]Winter[/name_u]!

[name_u]Harper[/name_u], [name_u]Piper[/name_u], & [name_u]Winter[/name_u] are so beautiful, sweet, and spunky together!
I also really do like the subtle music connection with [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] though, so you really can’t go wrong at all!!

another vote for lyra!
