[name_m]Hi[/name_m], we are having our third baby (a boy) due in 3 weeks and keep returning to the drawing board. We have two children [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] and [name_f]Francesca[/name_f] (nn c(h)esca). Our last name is *alvo.
Here are some names we like, but none feel like the one:
I think [name_m]Oren[/name_m] with the nn [name_u]Ori[/name_u] is nice. Otherwise, maybe [name_u]Ari[/name_u] (ARE-ee)? I also really like [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m], [name_m]Reuben[/name_m], and [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] off your list.
I think [name_m]Oren[/name_m] nn [name_u]Ori[/name_u] goes really well with [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] and [name_f]Francesca[/name_f] a very similar alternative, my baby cousin’s middle name is Orien … but yeah, [name_m]Oren[/name_m] is definitely the best from your list in terms of fitting with the siblings’ names.
We are leaning closer to [name_u]Ori[/name_u] and [name_m]Reuben[/name_m].
I’m now considering ways of getting to [name_u]Ori[/name_u].
([name_m]Oren[/name_m], orion, orsino, orson) or do I just go with [name_u]Ori[/name_u]. I’m worried it’s not substantial enough for an adult.
I would’ve thought anything with “ori”/“or” in it would work. I like the idea of [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m] nn. [name_u]Ori[/name_u] (or [name_m]Oren[/name_m], actually) and [name_u]Dorian[/name_u]/[name_u]Florian[/name_u].
