[name_f][/name_f] [name_f][/name_f] [name_m]Jem[/name_m] is an honor name for a [name_m]Jim[/name_m] & Jimmie.. & [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] is a name I’ve just loved for years. [name_f][/name_f] I’m due soon & my husband & I have agreed on this combo, but I’m questioning whether I should just spell it [name_m]Jim[/name_m]? [name_f][/name_f] Does the combo read too female all together? [name_f][/name_f] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] is ALL boy to me & so is Jem/Jim (they sound the same in my accent), but recently I’ve wondered if others will think he’s a girl when they see the name written out? [name_f][/name_f] I also like the nod to the different spelling of [name_f]Jimmie[/name_f] by including the “e”. [name_f][/name_f] There’s also a [name_m]James[/name_m] in the family, but that’s not the person I’m trying to name after, so [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]James[/name_m] is not an option.

[name_m]Ezra[/name_m] is masculine to me. [name_m]Jem[/name_m] is interesting but because of the “J” I automatically think “jehm” instead of “Gem.”
I realllyyy like [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Jem[/name_m] and it reads boy to me 
[name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Jem[/name_m] is lovely! [name_f][/name_f] Stylish and literary and cool. [name_f][/name_f] Despite the A ending, [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] feels very masculine to me, and so does [name_m]Jem[/name_m], because of To Kill a Mockingbird! [name_f][/name_f] I think it’s a beautiful name and doesn’t feel even remotely feminine to me.

[name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Jem[/name_m] is gorgeous. I do think of [name_m]Jem[/name_m] as more feminine as I associate [name_m]Jem[/name_m] as a nickname for Gemma/Jemma still I really love [name_m]Jem[/name_m] especially with [name_m]Ezra[/name_m]. Names gender bend all the time so I would just embrace the more gender neutral feel. Honestly [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Jem[/name_m] is just gorgeous really soft and romantic,

For me [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Jem[/name_m] is definitely leaning masculine because [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] is a very noticeably bibclical name despite ending with A, much like [name_m]Isiah[/name_m] ( in terms of sound ) for example.
