Time Period/Location: 2100, [name_f]Virginia[/name_f]/[name_u]West[/name_u] [name_f]Virginia[/name_f] area.
Brief Plot: WW3, and scientists began injecting all soldiers with a special shot that increased muscle growth, brain functions, immune systems, and basically made humans slightly better. after each generation, the effects were passed onto soldiers’ children, and got stronger with each generation. The government mandates that all children born with the drug in their system be sent to a special academy for intense training. They are bred to be soldiers, and taught that they are the elite and good. However, when the main characters discover that there is a genocide going on outside of the bubble they are brought up in, and that they will soon be in charge of it, they have major decisions to make: rebellion or a certain death?
Character 1:
Character Description: 18-year-old girl. Protagonist. Last name is under consideration. She keeps to herself most of time, and she will do anything for her sister. Is always noble and moral. She hates fighting, yet does it because she is trained to and must. However she is extremely good at what she does (think special ops and hand-to-hand combat). Her name should be unique, and almost dark.
Who named the character: Her parents, who have grown up in a society of people who think they are very elite.

Character 2
Character Description: Male, 19. Comes off as brooding, but is actually just good at keeping to himself. He rarely lets out his emotions don’t show unless he is angry, but he keeps his temper in check. He is head over heels for character 1. He has a soft heart. He is very good at understanding mechanics, but is also extremely opinionated. Once he starts something, the only thing that can stop him is protagonist, and only if she is in danger.
Who named the character: Same as character 1, but different parents, obviously.
