I’m just playing around with my current [name_f]Edith[/name_f] combo, which is [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]. I’m having a hard time coming up with a second middle for it.
So far I like:
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Dulce[/name_f]
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Margot[/name_f]
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Fleur[/name_f] (not really an option for us, I guess)
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_m]Fox[/name_m]
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_u]Dane[/name_u] (please don’t judge me ;))
What second middle would you pair with [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]? And do you prefer the [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] or [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] spelling?
I love [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Dulce[/name_f], of course. Although I prefer the spelling [name_f]Dulcie[/name_f] over [name_f]Dulce[/name_f].
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_m]Fox[/name_m] is my favorite from your list. I love [name_m]Fox[/name_m], for a boy or girl, but I never see it used much for girls. My second favorite is [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]. [name_m]How[/name_m] are you pronouncing [name_f]Dulce[/name_f]? If it’s DOOL-se, then I would say it has too many repetitive sounds paired with [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f], and is very hard for my tongue to get wrapped around! I prefer the spelling of [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] best.
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] is absolutely gorgeous! And I prefer the [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] spelling, because it’s my [name_m]Saint[/name_m]'s name so for me personally it’s a nice connection without using my actual name. I think I’ve just gotten used to the spelling now.
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] is beautiful, I love [name_f]Margot[/name_f], too, but maybe it’s just a tad too vintage as a middle name to [name_f]Edith[/name_f]?!
I’m not a fan of the double middle name thing. [name_m]Just[/name_m] seems too long and unnecessary.
However, I vote for [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] [name_f]Dulce[/name_f].
I like [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], too. I’m not keen on [name_f]Dulce[/name_f], and [name_m]Fox[/name_m], while being absolutely lovely, upsets [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]'s gentle sweetness.
While I love ally hear choices (apart from [name_u]Dane[/name_u], sorry!!!), [name_m]Fox[/name_m] is definitely my favourite. Th other names are great but somewhat predictable and I just love unpredictability of [name_m]Fox[/name_m], it just adds so much fun and yet somehow still sounds classic, elegant and girly when paired with the other names.
I prefer [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] to [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] as I always want to pronohnce the LA get like seh-sill-ia rather than seh-see-[name_f]Lia[/name_f]
