I love the name too, so great choice!! It’s a family name in my husband’s family, but it’s more of a Sr/Jr type of name for them, and unfortunately my husband is not in that line, so it would be weird for us to use it. It’s especially a bummer since they are all [name_m]Ted[/name_m] or TJ (for [name_m]Ted[/name_m] Jr), so none of them have actually gone by [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] yet, but we would use the full [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] if we were in that line!
[name_f][/name_f]Anyway, I do prefer the [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] spelling, probably because it’s much more familiar to me because it’s more common in the US. I also think the -und[name_f][/name_f] ending sounds like the way I pronounce it more than the -ond[name_f][/name_f] ending. I think it goes great with your other favotnames as well ![]()
