We wouldn’t use [name]Nora[/name] as a nn–please view them as separate names.
My vote is for [name]Nora[/name] [name]Grace[/name]. Spunky, short, sweet.
Although it’s rising in popularity, [name]Eleanor[/name] is still too “old lady” for my taste.
I think I prefer [name]Nora[/name] [name]Grace[/name] too, but I’m wondering why you wouldn’t consider [name]Nora[/name] as a nickname? It seems like an easy way solve your problem. 
I guess I prefer to make the ‘official’ name the same as the one she will actually go by.
Ooh- I really like both! I think I like the feel of [name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Grace[/name] a bit more than that of [name]Nora[/name] [name]Grace[/name]. But both are beautiful, you really can’t go wrong with either.

They are both very pretty! When I first read the title my head mashed the two together and I read it as “[name]Eleanora[/name] [name]Grace[/name]”. Could be the best of both worlds maybe.

[name]Eleanor[/name] comes with a range of nicknames and just has this really understated wow factor. [name]Eleanor[/name] is a great choice especially with [name]Grace[/name]. Whereas [name]Nora[/name] I’ve never liked [name]Nora[/name], I find her unattractive.
I love them both! I’d go for [name]Nora[/name], maybe, because if you don’t like [name]Nora[/name] as a nn for [name]Eleanor[/name], you might get [name]Ellie[/name] instead. And I hate [name]Ellie[/name].
