How are you pronouncing [name_f]Lea[/name_f]? [name_u]Lee[/name_u]? Lee-uh? Lay-uh?

I guess it could work. The letters are there, and it could be: [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] → Ellie/Ella → [name_f]Lea[/name_f]

If you wanted to, and you stuck with it, people will go along with it, I think. It is a bit of a stretch though, compared to [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], [name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_f]Nell[/name_f], [name_f]Nellie[/name_f] and [name_f]Norah[/name_f]. I think you will find her nn will just come naturally.

Sure. It’s just a matter of consistency if that’s what you want.

You can call your child, or go by, whatever you want really. But it’s not a natural connection to me.
