I’m building a sib-set, and I’m trying to give it the feel of an old English family that has a country house (what we Americans would call a mansion, actually). I just finished reading Atonement, by [name]Ian[/name] [name]McEwan[/name], and I love the setting.
So far, my list is very boring, and I’m not even sure if it fits what I’m going for;
[name]Daphne[/name] [name]Clementina[/name] [name]June[/name] and [name]Flora[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name] [name]Nell[/name] were the first three namers to come to mind for your pre-existing combos. Some other ideas to go with them:
[name]Daphne[/name], [name]Flora[/name] and [name]Rose[/name] [name]Helena[/name] [name]Mary[/name]
[name]Daphne[/name], [name]Flora[/name] and [name]Elspeth[/name] [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Daphne[/name], [name]Flora[/name] and [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] [name]Daisy[/name]
[name]Daphne[/name], [name]Flora[/name] and [name]Matilda[/name] [name]Juliet[/name] [name]Sadie[/name]
[name]Daphne[/name], [name]Flora[/name] and [name]Juliet[/name] [name]Claudia[/name] [name]May[/name]
[name]Daphne[/name], [name]Flora[/name] and [name]Cecilia[/name] [name]Violet[/name] [name]Anne[/name]
[name]Daphne[/name], [name]Flora[/name] and [name]Lucinda[/name] [name]Emily[/name] [name]Belle[/name]
[name]Daphne[/name], [name]Flora[/name] and [name]Alice[/name] [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Maud[/name]
I’ve never heard of [name]Sacheverell[/name] before! I doubt I’d ever use it, but how amazing. It could be killer in the middle slot.
You’ve likely already tried reading the Telegraph birth announcement for ideas but if you haven’t then you definitely should! It’s exactly the style you’re looking for.

[name]Piran[/name] (To be honest, I don’t think this fits in with the others in terms of style/use/the impression it gives, but it’s obscure and British and for some reason I thought you might like it.)
I’m reading AS [name]Byatt[/name]'s ‘The Children’s Book’ at the moment - it is loaded with amazing names from [name]Fabian[/name] families. [name]Pomona[/name] & [name]Griselda[/name] are both characters in the book.
[name]Felix[/name] isnt English it is Latin and it also isnt uncommon it’s pretty popular. Something like [name]Willard[/name], [name]Wilbur[/name] or [name]Wilford[/name] would be great with [name]Montgomery[/name].
