[name_f]Eleni[/name_f]'s name means light and relates to those of her sisters, while [name_f]Sahar[/name_f] is an Arabic name that serves to honor my heritage. It can mean “dawn”, “awakening” or “moon” and is also the source of the name of the [name_f]Sahara[/name_f] desert. [name_f]Eleni[/name_f] [name_f]Sahar[/name_f] has turned out to be the perfect fit for our little darling.
My SO is a huge Beatles fan and early on selected “Here Comes the [name_f]Sun[/name_f]” as his special song for her, which is where he got her nickname [name_u]Sunny[/name_u] from. I think he truly embraced her name when he realized the meaning fit perfectly with [name_u]Sunny[/name_u] and the song. I’m really happy it stuck and SO loves it just as much as I do.
