I’m really considering the name [name_f]Eliana[/name_f] (Eh-lee-ah-nuh) for our daughter. I’ve gotten some feedback of people that say this is a pretty and unique name. I am wondering though if it seems too trendy? This name actually has roots and history, but I am scared of using a name that will end up sounding like the Aidens, Caydens, etc. I know that “[name_f]El[/name_f]” names are popular at the moment, but how does the name “[name_f]Eliana[/name_f]” sound to you?
[name_f]Eliana[/name_f] is beautiful! I’ve heard of it before but never actually met someone with the name. I do know two Lianas though. I don’t think it’s too trendy and I think it’ll age fine. Go for it! It’s a beautiful name and you seem to love it so use it!!
I love [name_f]Eliana[/name_f]. [name_f]El[/name_f]- names are pretty common and you will come across lots of [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]'s, which may or may not be a slight annoyance. However, I would definitely not let this stop you from using this pretty name.
I know about 3 little Elianas. It’s definitely on trend as all el names are but it’s not like [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] or [name_f]Emma[/name_f]
I do not like modern invented names. I liked [name_f]Eliana[/name_f] when I read about its history and I thought it had an international exotic feel but now I am a bit worried that it wil be perceived as a modern invented name of [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] and [name_f]Ana[/name_f] stuck together. What vibe do you get with this name?
[name_f]Eliana[/name_f] has a well established history and a beautiful meaning. I highly doubt it would be perceived as invented.
