I have a few questions about the name [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] [name_m]Grant[/name_m]:
[1] What do you think about it?
[2] [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think [name_m]Grant[/name_m] is a good middle name for [name_m]Elijah[/name_m]?
[3] Is [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] (becoming) too popular in the US? It was #11 in 2013, but I honestly don’t know that many [name_m]Elijah[/name_m]'s (young or old), do you think there will be a rise in it’s popularity or will it go down in the charts? (I know it’s hard to predict this kind of stuff, but I’d just like to know what you think is going to happen)
[4] What would you rate the combo [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] [name_m]Grant[/name_m] out of 10?
This is a perfect combo to me. I love it! [name_m]Both[/name_m] names are strong, handsome and full of character. They sound great together. I don’t know many Elijahs at all (none, in fact) but I see it going the way of other great, strong, biblical names. They will always be used, but never trendy or over-done. I would give this combo 10/10!
I had NO idea it was so popular! I’ve NEVER met one. There’s not a lot of room to move up–but it does seem to be gaining popularity, online anyway. I would guess half would go by [name_m]Eli[/name_m] though.
I honestly think [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] [name_m]Grant[/name_m] is pretty perfect. I’d give it a 9 or 10.
I have only ever met 2 [name_m]Elijah[/name_m]'s - 1 is around 20 (a rising soccer pro) and an 11month old . I love the name and I too think [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] [name_m]Grant[/name_m] is pretty perfect so I’d give it a 10. I like the vowel sounds of [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] with your sibset.
[1] I quite like it. Very Charming.
[2] I like them paired
[3] I think it will go down in the charts. I predict a rise in the more modern names and a (slight) downfall for the classics.

I have never met or known an [name_m]Elijah[/name_m]. Think about the actual number of babies born with the name and the amount of babies born in total, 13,626 out of 3,952,841 (2012 total, guessing the stats for 2013 will end up around the same ). [name_m]Even[/name_m] the top baby names, [name_u]Noah[/name_u] and [name_f]Sophia[/name_f], 18,090/21,075 out of the 3,952,841, is not that many. [name_f]My[/name_f] state alone, in 2013, had 215,194 births.

[1] Flows really nicely together
[2] Yes
[3] It isn’t too popular around where I live, but I think it will always be a top 10-20 name. BUT I still think you should use it if you love it.
[4] I think its a great combo! I would give it about a 9.
I absolutely love that combo! I don’t think it’s too popular. I’ve recently come to the conclusion that it’s like people say, it really depends on your area, social circle and stuff like that. For instance I love the name [name_f]Violet[/name_f], I was afraid of using it though because it has become pretty popular. But, then I thought about it and I only know one [name_f]Violet[/name_f] who is around my age (25) and I don’t know any little kids with the name. I also looked in [name_u]Texas[/name_u] at the popularity and it’s not even in the top 100. Which made me feel better too.
I REALLY love [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] [name_m]Grant[/name_m]! It flows well very well together. And I personally like both names.
[name_m]Elijah[/name_m] [name_m]Grant[/name_m] is a great name! I only know one [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] round here, and he’s a friends boy. [name_f]My[/name_f] son has attended many story times at libraries, a few preschool classes and one childminder but we’ve never met another one! I love [name_m]Elijah[/name_m].
