I’m really liking [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] right now. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think it’d be pronounced correctly? Quite like [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_f]Mai[/name_f] [name_m]Baker[/name_m], [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_m]Baker[/name_m], [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u] [name_m]Baker[/name_m] or [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_m]Baker[/name_m]. Would be interested to hear your thoughts!
[name_f]Elisa[/name_f] is lovely! I’m pronouncing [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] eh-lee-sah. I think it’s pretty straightforward, if I have it right?
Have you thought about [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f]? I feel like it fits in with the other options you have, all of which are gorgeous.
I like [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] a lot! I grew up under the misconception thinking that [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] were pronounced the same (since, for the most part, [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] are, here in the US!), so I’m mostly disillusioned with [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] and that it’s not said like [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is (which I’ve loved the sound of for eons). I had [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] on my list a while back, which I still like a lot. I like [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u] and [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] a lot from your list. I think [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] is my favorite.
Good luck!
[name_f]Elisa[/name_f] is pretty. I like [name_f]Mae[/name_f] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] in the middle.
Oh, [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] is lovely! I like the name [name_f]Mai[/name_f], as well, but I pronounce it like “my” with that spelling. If you wanted the [name_f]May[/name_f] sound, I would go [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] gorgeous.
I love [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u]! The others are nice too but [name_f]Elisa[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] is my favorite.
Thanks everyone! I think it’s an underused [name_f]El[/name_f] name, which are hard to come by these days! I’d pronounce it “Eh-Leez-ah”. I was worried people might say “Eh-[name_u]Lisa[/name_u]”, or “Eh-Lie-Zah”. I see what you all mean re “[name_f]Mai[/name_f]”. Quite keen for that spelling though as it’s the Irish spelling and I’d like it to honour my [name_f]Nana[/name_f] x
