We’re expecting our second this summer — little sister to brother, [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] [name_u]Douglas[/name_u].
Which is the better pairing:
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_m]Benning[/name_m] B_____
[name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_m]Benning[/name_m] B_____
Both names sound really nice with [name_m]Benning[/name_m]. If I absolutely had to choose I might say [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], because of the vowel beginning and 3 syllables, I think that balances out the 2 syllable “B” middle name and the “B” last name. I really like [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], although I think [name_f]Willa[/name_f] is slightly more distinctive, as I can think of a lot of popular names similar to [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and only 2 popular names that sound like [name_f]Willa[/name_f] ([name_f]Willow[/name_f] and [name_m]William[/name_m]). Of course, if that doesn’t concern you then choose whichever you can imagine calling her best, because you can’t go wrong with either of them.

[name_f]Willa[/name_f] & [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] are both lovely names, but I chose [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_m]Benning[/name_m] is stunning! [name_f]Willa[/name_f] isn’t too popular, but I feel like it’s climbing the charts. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is a little more unexpected. It’s perfect w/[name_m]Jasper[/name_m] too. Oh, also, I don’ like the nn ‘[name_u]Willie[/name_u]’ for [name_f]Willa[/name_f], but ‘[name_f]Ellie[/name_f]’ or ‘[name_f]Liza[/name_f]’ as possible nns are adorable.

Definitely [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]! [name_f]Willa[/name_f]'s never been my style and I don’t like how easily it could get confused for [name_f]Willow[/name_f].
[name_m]Jasper[/name_m] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] go wonderfully together!
I think [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] flows better as a whole, although I probably prefer the name [name_f]Willa[/name_f] on its own.

I really want to like [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] (especially because [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is such a special name to me), but I just can’t get behind it. I think [name_f]Willa[/name_f] is beautiful and I love the [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] + [name_f]Willa[/name_f] combo.
I think both are nice, and though I would generally prefer [name_f]Willa[/name_f], with middle [name_m]Benning[/name_m], and big brother [name_m]Jasper[/name_m], I actually prefer [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_m]Benning[/name_m] just flows so beautifully!
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] sound perfect together.
