Eliza’s twin brother

Our older kids are [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f], and we are expecting boy/girl twins. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] will be the girls name, but we are stuck on the boy name. Which do you like best?

Any of those three names is perfect with [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. I would go with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], because it’s the one that feels more “vintage”.

I think they all go well with your kids names. I guess a good question is whether or not you want a nickname for him. [name_m]Tom[/name_m]/[name_m]Thomas[/name_m], [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] or [name_u]Theo[/name_u]/[name_m]Theodore[/name_m]…you don’t really get one for [name_m]Henry[/name_m]. I take it back, there is [name_m]Hank[/name_m], though not a fan. I like [name_m]Henry[/name_m] or [name_m]Thomas[/name_m], both without nicknames.

I adore your choices!!
I would say [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m], I think they sound best together (and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] is my personal favorite out of the three ”). If you plan on calling [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] by a nickname and want him to have one too, you could go with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], as [name_u]Theo[/name_u] is an adorable not-too-short nn. Good luck!

I really like them all and don’t think you can go wrong. I think [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] has a slight edge in terms of it, but it is very slight.

[name_m]Henry[/name_m] takes the cake in my book!

Thanks everyone!!

For the nickname question, we will likely shorten [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] to [name_f]Liza[/name_f] on occasion, so it would be…

[name_f]Liza[/name_f] and [name_m]Tommy[/name_m]
[name_f]Liza[/name_f] and [name_m]Hank[/name_m]
[name_f]Liza[/name_f] and [name_u]Theo[/name_u]

Thanks again, tough choice for us!

All great names! I’m becoming attached to [name_m]Thomas[/name_m], so that’s my suggestion  Congratulations!

With the nn I like [name_u]Theo[/name_u] best.

I vote for [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]

I feel like [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] really fit together

[name_m]Thomas[/name_m] is perfect with [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]!

My favorite name on the list is [name_m]Thomas[/name_m], but I think [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] matches the sibset a bit better.

Either one, though, would be great.

I would avoid [name_m]Henry[/name_m]… as [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] (Doolittle) and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] (Higgins) fall in love in My Fair Lady. I realize it’s not a current connection, but just wanted to point it out.

Best of luck!

This This This!!
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] make my heart leap!

[name_f]Liza[/name_f] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] are characters in a childrens song here in the UK, essentially a nursery rhyme. Its probably an obscure reference even here but I don’t know if that would sway your opinion?

I love [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] & [name_m]Henry[/name_m] together, they are a beautiful, fun, vintage but upbeat set and go wonderfully with the older siblings’ names, however, I’m not a fan of [name_m]Hank[/name_m], I feel it ages the name and takes away from it.
So I think my choice would be [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] & [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], I really like the idea of the nn [name_u]Theo[/name_u] with your girls.
[name_m]Thomas[/name_m] feels a bit too buttoned-up next to quirky [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and is, therefore, my least favourite.

I absolutely love all three of the names you listed, although I have a soft spot for [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]. Like many others have said, depends if you want a nickname for him or not.
By the way, your daughters have absolutely stunning names, I love them all
