I like [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] by itself, because I feel like unless you always specified otherwise an [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] would just be called [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] all the time. Also, [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is a great name!
