I don’t think words should have capitals in the middle, I would rather see a space. It still works as a double name with the space 
I agree with grackym, [name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] is cute with the space If you’re super attached to the way you’ve spelled it, then I think [name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] would be a better choice …
