I know lots of people who go by their middle name, and it doesn’t seem to cause them any problems! It sounds like you love [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] more, so I would go for that!

Siena [name_f]Elle[/name_f] would sound good if you want to call her [name_f]Siena[/name_f]!

I would go with [name_f]Siena[/name_f] [name_f]Elle[/name_f] and call her [name_f]Siena[/name_f] if that’s what you want to call her.

I agree with the others - why not go for [name_f]Siena[/name_f] [name_f]Elle[/name_f]? It’s a lovely name! I love seeing [name_f]Siena[/name_f] spelt this way btw; I much prefer it to [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] - it’s more streamlined and makes me think of [name_f]Italy[/name_f].

Siena definitely! I love that name too! [name_f]Elsie[/name_f] is also very pretty i think either will work!
