We love [name]Gray[/name] as MN,but cannot decide the FN. Personally I prefer [name]Elliott[/name],but my husband says the “EG” spelling looks like “egg” and he may be teased by children.What do you think?Or any other name to go with [name]Gray[/name]?
I don’t think EG will be a problem, unless your last name begins with a G too.

I prefer [name]Elliott[/name] [name]Gray[/name]. Unless you will be calling him “[name]Elliott[/name] [name]Gray[/name]” all the time, other children wouldn’t even have to know his middle initial. I also like [name]Lincoln[/name] [name]Gray[/name]. I think it goes well with the middle name and fits somewhere in between [name]Elliott[/name] and [name]Spencer[/name].
I love [name]Spencer[/name] [name]Gray[/name]! I’m biased, though–[name]Spencer[/name] [name]Ezra[/name] [name]Gray[/name] is on my short list. 
I had also considered [name]Spencer[/name] [name]Elliot[/name] [name]Gray[/name], so I really like [name]Elliot/name [name]Gray[/name], too.

I don’t think there is a problem with the initials unless you have a surname that starts with G, as well. EGG would be awkward. And honestly, how many kids announce their middle names to their peers anyway?
I prefer [name]Elliott[/name], though it’s a hard decision. It just seems to fit better with [name]Gray[/name] - classier, maybe?

I like both [name]Elliott[/name] and [name]Spencer[/name]. And [name]Gray[/name] really flows nicely as a middle with so many names. The EG initials won’t be an issue. I think [name]Elliott[/name] [name]Gray[/name] flows a little better than [name]Spencer[/name]. But I adore the nn [name]Spence[/name]. So cute! Either one would be a great pick.

I like them both! I think if I had to choose it would be [name]Elliot[/name]. Would you consider spelling it [name]Grey[/name]? It really doesn’t matter, and I suppose it’s just your preference. I think [name]Grey[/name] looks smoother than [name]Gray[/name]- and I like it better with [name]Elliot[/name]!
I like [name]Elliott[/name] [name]Gray[/name] the best. Unless your surname starts with a “G” the “EGG” thing won’t be a problem. [name]Even[/name] then, I highly doubt children would take the time to look at your son’s initials and think of that.
