Yesterday I made a poll to choose a middle name for [name_u]Austen[/name_u], and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] won by a landslide.
So today I want to find a new middle for [name_u]Elliott[/name_u], which I had previously paired with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m].
What do you think of [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m]? This was one of the middles we had previously considered for [name_u]Elliott[/name_u], and it’s a favourite name.
I really quite like [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m], it has a really strong sound to it. I particularly like the meaning of [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] “God gives strength” - as a [name_m]Christian[/name_m] this is important to me and makes it a wonderful biblical name.
We love [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] for [name_m]King[/name_m] [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] from the Bible. I grew up hearing the name in Bible stories and studying [name_m]King[/name_m] [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] at school, so I fell in love with the name a long time ago. Luckily, it was the same for my husband and he loves it too
I’m not a fan of [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m], I prefer [name_m]Zedekiah[/name_m] or [name_m]Zebadiah[/name_m]. I do think [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] flow well though.
[name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] is a very unusual Biblical choice with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] but I think they flow well together. [name_u]Austen[/name_u] and [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] would make an awesome sibling duo!
I’m not a fan of the [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] itself but apart from that I’m also not a fan of how it sounds with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u]. [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] is a light name and [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] makes he combo very heavy, at least to me.
It’s awesome! I would consider the [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] or [name_u]Eliot[/name_u] spellings though. [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] just looks like too many letters to me, I guess? [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] and [name_u]Eliot[/name_u] [name_m]Hezekiah[/name_m] look neater.
