Ellis Gordon

I’ve been thinking about [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] a lot the past few days. I like the sound and spelling, but I really like it because [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] [name_u]Bell[/name_u] was the name [name_f]Emily[/name_f] Brontë originally published Wuthering Heights under, and its my favourite book.

What are your thoughts on [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] in general, and specifically [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] [name_m]Gordon[/name_m]? [name_m]Gordon[/name_m] is an honour name for me that I’d probably want to use if I ever have a son, but I don’t like it enough to use as a first name.

It’s got a really soft, but strong feel to it, which is really nice. Very handsome name and I love the connection to the Brontë’s!

[name_u]Love[/name_u] it! [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] is a family surname for me, so always a favorite and I really like it paired with [name_m]Gordon[/name_m]!

I like it! The [name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f]Bronte[/name_f] connection definitely sells it for me and I like softer sounding boys names anyway! [name_m]Gordon[/name_m] works nicely with it because it has harder sounds

It’s very handsome and I love the [name_f]Bronte[/name_f] connection. It’s soft yet strong. I also liked the male lead in The Age of [name_f]Adaline[/name_f]–his name was [name_u]Ellis[/name_u].

Thanks everyone! I love [name_u]Ellis[/name_u]’ softness too.

I love [name_u]Ellis[/name_u]! [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] [name_m]Gordon[/name_m] is fantastic

I love [name_u]Ellis[/name_u]. It’s easily in my top 10 all-time favorites for boys. I love that its vintage without being fusty.

I really like [name_u]Ellis[/name_u], it’s so unexpected yet familiar.
