I’ve never seen this name before, but I really like the Eloá spelling. I’m guessing it’s Portuguese?
Elloah looks more made-up to me, like a creative member of the Elorah/[name_f]Eliorah[/name_f]/[name_f]Alizah[/name_f] group of vowel-beginning, h-ending names, which are pretty widespread at the moment.
Eloá looks best to me
