This is an impossible choice! I love them both. I voted for [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] by a hair because I feel like it’s a little more unexpected and has yet to be truly rediscovered. You can’t go wrong with either choice,
The [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] popularity is definitely a bit alarming, and potentially its biggest downside!
For the nickname [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] 1000%. I say [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] ‘el-oe-eez’ so [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] doesn’t really make sense to me as a nickname. I love [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] ‘Elle, [name_f]Lissy[/name_f] or Loie’ though.
[name_f][/name_f]But I have this dilemma constantly. I can’t decide which name I like most. Currently I lean [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], but up til [name_m]August[/name_m] I was swinging the other way to [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] ‘Lulu’.
You can’t go wrong [name_f][/name_f]- which is why I’m sure this is tricky! [name_f][/name_f]- but I like the sweet yet strong [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jean[/name_f] just slightly more
I like Elo, [name_f]Loie[/name_f], and almost [name_f]Lolo[/name_f] as nicknames. Elle/ellie and lissy are too close to our own nicknames!
[name_f]Louisa[/name_f] is one of my favorite names! She has so much history and familiarity, but yet isn’t used nearly as much as you’d think. Such a beautiful, warm, friendly name
[name_f]Eloise[/name_f] is very sweet too so you can’t go wrong!
[name_f]Louisa[/name_f] is so stunning! It’s more unexpected and I love the name meaning. [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] is getting a bit popular, but if that doesn’t bother you then it’s also a great choice!
[name_f]Eloise[/name_f] is obviously very familiar to me but I think [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jean[/name_f] flows better and I love the literary connotations.
I voted Louisa… I like [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] a little more aesthetically but [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] sounds better with the last name I tried out in my head (Bennett). [name_f][/name_f] Plus I agree that [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] feels more fresh and unexpected! [name_f][/name_f] It’s a lovely name.
Particularly if Elle/Ellie is too close to your own nicknames I would definitely lean [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] ‘Lulu’
I absolutely adore[name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jean[/name_f]!
[name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jean[/name_f] for sure!
