So, since I got so much support with Elsa, I am going to try to create some combos. I am open to suggestions so please feel free to add anything you feel works!
I have three particular styles:
Water - Victorian seaside kind of names, think Queen Anne houses, vintage postcards and cane beach chairs. Names like Marietta for example.
Winter - I adore winter and I mean full blown white Christmases! I’ve never actually seen snow, where I live it barely snows, except recently its snowing more than usual. But its still like a powder shower and barely lasts a day. But I love snowflakes, making cookies, fireplaces and Christmas trees covered in shiny baubles and twinkling lights. I just adore the whole image of a northern hemisphere winter. Like Aurora or Snow.
Prairie/Farmhouse - This kind of is Victorian as well; but more running through meadows, catching falling rain on your tongue, spat boots, ribbons blowing in the breeze. Tuck Everlasting in essence. Like Winnie or Clara.
The problem is I adore names that end in A, so finding combinations that flow will be tricky, I think Elsa fits into the Wintery category. Not because of the upcoming Disney movie; but she kind of reminds me of a little girl you’d see in Lapland, rugged up in furs, and rushing through the snow towards the wide expanse of the northern lights.
Right now all I’ve got is Elsa Pearl, which I like but its too short.
My favourite [name_f]Elsa[/name_f] combo is [name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_u]Meredith[/name_u]. [name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Undine[/name_f] would be stunning too!
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_u]Meredith[/name_u] (I know someone mentioned this one as well. But it’s kind of awesome).
[name_u]Winter[/name_u]:
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] (I know this one has been mentioned before but I’m a huge christmas freak and as such this is my favorite christmas related name)
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Natalia[/name_f]
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] Angerona (if the -a A- thing doesn’t bother you)
[name_u]Prairie[/name_u]:
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Primula[/name_f] (this would be cool for a first child or first daughter - probably not so cool for a second otherwise I like [name_u]Penrose[/name_u])
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Amaryllis[/name_f]
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Iolanthe[/name_f]
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Wisteria[/name_f]
Multiple:
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] ([name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] is french for daisy but also the french version of [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] which means pearl. It would fulfill your water and prairie categories).
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Snowdrop[/name_f] (Snowdrops are a type of flower plus….[name_f]SNOW[/name_f]).
