Emilia Emma?

How do you find this combo?
Is it strange or fine/lovely/sweet?

Thanks everyone for your help, I really appreciate every answer.

Both names are lovely on their own, but I find them too similar for a combo. That said, it does still sound nice when said out loud.

definitely too similar. you could always have Emma as a nickname for Emilia if you wanted to incorporate both names

It’s a bit too repetitive for my liking. I do love alliterative names, but [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] and [name_f]Emma[/name_f] feel like they’re almost the same name. To me it’s like [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] or [name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] - they’re just a bit too close in terms of shared sounds.

Maybe…

[name_f]Emilia[/name_f] [name_u]Embry[/name_u]
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f] [name_f]Noemi[/name_f]
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f] [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]

I would find something else. This is like using Elizabeth Elise as a combo. Emilia Elise would might work instead, actually! Other ideas:

Emilia Irene
Emilia Flora
Emilia Tess
Emilia Pheobe
Emilia Daisy

I’d find a different combo for them, bc it’s basically naming some one [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] [name_f]Anna[/name_f].

A little repetitive for me I’m afraid, sorry

[name_f]Emma[/name_f] could easily be a nickname for Emilia; they’re too similar for me.

I like them better separately.

I like names with some shared sounds usually, but these are too similar for my taste. It trips me up to say!
