Emilio

[name_m]Can[/name_m] we use [name_m]Emilio[/name_m] for a girl? I seen somewhere it was unisex…

What do you think?

I think most people would say [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] is better for a girl. It seems that shorter names ending with o are becoming note unisex, like [name_u]Milo[/name_u] and [name_u]Leo[/name_u].

I do not see [name_m]Emilio[/name_m] for a girl sorry! It’s just looks like [name_u]Milo[/name_u], [name_u]Miles[/name_u] and Leo/Lio. Maybe [name_f]Emelie[/name_f] though?

[name_m]Emilio[/name_m] is not technically unisex, there’s not many unisex Spanish and Italian names. I’m personally not a very big fan, I do like the suggestion of [name_u]Milo[/name_u] or Leo/Lio though!

i don’t think that emilio is very unisex. i would say emilia, leo, emmy, milo, millie, emelie or even emma would probably be better options!
